  7. Unjust infringement of other Users’ builds, protected areas, items, currency, rights, or gameplay experience.

  9. Advertising, solicitation, spam, disruptive behavior, repeated posting of the same content, or any act contrary to the intended purpose of the Service.
  10. Use or distribution of skins, images, builds, names, text, or other data that infringe copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, or other rights of third parties.
  11. Involvement with anti-social forces or conduct that supports such forces.
  12. Redistributing, reselling, commercially using, mirroring, or proxy-providing the Service without prior approval of the Operations Team.
  13. Using alternate accounts, VPNs, proxies, or similar means to evade restrictions or penalties.
  14. Any act that unfairly damages the reputation of the Service or the Operations Team, or causes serious disadvantage to other Users.
  15. Any similar act deemed inappropriate by the Operations Team.

Article 4 (Monitoring, Investigation, and Measures)

  1. If the Operations Team identifies or suspects a violation of these Terms, it may review chat logs, connection logs, gameplay logs, reports, and other necessary information.
  2. Depending on the severity of the violation, the Operations Team may issue warnings, limit chat, remove items, perform rollbacks, suspend access temporarily, permanently ban accounts, restrict related accounts, or take any other necessary action.
  3. Decisions regarding such measures are made at the discretion of the Operations Team, and the Operations Team may not be obligated to disclose the detailed reasons.

Article 5 (User Data and In-Game Assets)

  1. World data, builds, items, currencies, rankings, titles, and other in-game data on the Service are managed by the Operations Team for the purpose of operating the Service and do not transfer ownership to Users.
